- Onion β 2 nos. thinly sliced

- Coriander Leaves β Β½ bunch
- Mint Leaves β Β½ bunch
- Water β 2 Β½ cups
- Salt to taste
Method:
1οΈβ£ Soak the basmati rice for 15 minutes, then strain the water.
